Shipping / Fulfillment Policy

We aim to deliver the product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your order and the delivery time indicated by us at the time of your order checkout (as updated in your order confirmation). Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email notification. After the order has been shipped we are unable to accommodate any cancellation.

We shall notify you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, cost, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

Upon delivery, you are required to sign for acceptance of product.

Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations in which events, we will inform you upon / before your order confirmation and arrange for cancellation or deliver to an alternative delivery address.

We will deliver our product via courier company or our own transport, if you are not available to pick up your goods, you can assign a second party to collect it.

If more than 30km away from our factory location, there will be additional delivery charges.
